BIOGRAPHY
Dr. AboTaleb Saremi is the Founder of first Iranian IVF center and Sarem women hospital with more than 40 years of expertise. He Achieved MD degree from Jondishapour and Tehran Universities, Iran in 19 specialty in obstetrics and gynecology from Münster University, Germany, subspecialty in infertility and ART technology from Vienna University, Austria and complementary assisted reproduction course from USA and Australia. Then he spent five years as an associate professor of obstetrics and gynecology at Tehran University of medical
sciences and launch fertility center in Shariati Hospital.
As the pioneer of ART in Iran, is the first Iranian whose works leads to the birth first Iranian assisted reproduction technology ( ART) child in 1989. He collaborated on the establishment of at least fifty infertility centers in Iran. As the pioneer of operative laparoscopy in gynecology and in-vitro fertilization
procedures in Iran achieved the30th anniversary recognition award from
international federation of fertility societies (IFFS) in 1998.
Now, he is the president of the Sarem Women’s Hospital, which he founded in 2006, and also Sarem Research Centers, a center of training and research in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and infertility. He has more than 100 publications and books in English and Persian language to his credit and is the reviewer of several International Journals. Also he is the Chief Editor of the Sarem journal of Reproductive Medicine.
